Being responsible, beyond business

ATI Project‘s corporate culture is built around the themes of sustainability and the spirit of sharing. ATI Project is convinced that the commitment of a company should not be confined exclusively to business-related choices, but should instead be integrated into everyday life and become the representative of a broader and tangential vision, to stimulate good practices of change through small but constant widespread actions.

Planting trees

With the “Plant your tree” initiative, ATI Project contributes to reforestation. More than 4,200 trees of different species have been planted so far across over 3.5 hectares in various countries worldwide, resulting in the capture of over 1,100 tons of CO2. It is conducted through Tree-Nation, and local grassroots initiatives.

Volunteering

Volunteering

Each summer, ATI Project dedicates an afternoon to company volunteering, combining environmental efforts with the enjoyment of spending time together outdoors. Over the past three years, the team has collected over 600kg of waste in Tuscan parks and beaches, in collaboration with Legambiente.

Distance adoptions

Distance adoptions

The “Support a Child” initiative aims to provide tangible support to children living in disadvantaged areas of the world. On behalf of each senior member of our team, the studio undertakes a long distance adoption, through ActionAid. Currently, there are over 50 ongoing adoptions, in Ethiopia.

Supporting inclusivity

ATI Project supports the social enterprise “I Bambini delle Fate“, dedicated to providing support to projects and pathways for social inclusion of persons with authism and other disabilities. Our support goes to the local project of Pisa, ”Ora per dopo di noi”.

Our vision translates into concrete actions through the implementation of policies aimed at gender equality and social responsibility, further reinforced by obtaining UNI PDR 125:2022 and SA 8000:2014 certifications.

We are committed to continuous improvement and ready to promptly address any reports indicating behaviors that are not in line with our policies. Reports can be submitted through the dedicated Reporting and Whistleblowing channel.
