BIM Electrical Engineer

What we ask

We are looking for an Electrical Systems Engineer to join our team in Pisa.

In this role, you will handle technical sizing, BIM modeling, and system design for electrical, extra-low voltage (ELV), and automation systems across commercial and residential projects, maintaining our high technical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Integrated Design: Develop technical engineering packages for electrical systems (power distribution, lighting, grounding/LPS) and ELV systems (security, fire detection, structured cabling, BMS/home automation).

• Calculations & Engineering: Perform network calculations, cable sizing, and lighting simulations, and draft technical reports and specifications in full compliance with current codes and standards (CEI/UNI).

• BIM Modeling: Build detailed electrical and low-voltage models using Revit MEP and generate precise project drawings and deliverables.

Requirements:

• Education: Degree in Electrical or Energy Engineering, or a Technical Diploma in Electrotechnics/Electronics.

• Experience: Prior experience (even a few months) in electrical and ELV design for commercial or residential buildings.

• Software Proficiency:

  • Advanced skills in Revit MEP and AutoCAD.

  • Solid working knowledge of electrical and lighting calculation tools (e.g., Progetto Integra, Ampere, Dialux).

• Languages: Native or fluent Italian; working knowledge of English is a plus.

• Key Competencies: High precision, keen attention to technical detail, a strong collaborative mindset, and a proactive drive.
