Places for culture become outposts of dialogue and debate, with a strong impulse towards innovation while respecting tradition. ATI Project proposes a design which focuses on enhancing perception, in which hollow volumes are ephemerally designed by natural light. The transience of sensations is contrasted with the cultural element, full of meanings that travel through time.
