IT Manager
What we ask
We are seeking an IT Manager for our Pisa Office who will be involved in the following activities:
- Management of hardware and Disaster Recovery;
- Management and organization of the company’s IT infrastrcture;
- Troubleshooting and user support;
- Management of the company network;
- Installation, maintenance, upgrade and migration of non-complex IT infrastructures;
- Implementation of new technologies.
The ideal candidate possesses the following qualifications:
Hard Skills:
- Diploma or Degree in ICT or Computer Science;
- Good knowledge of VMware or Hyper-V programs;
- Knowledge of SQL language for relational database programming;
- Expertise in system administration and virtual machines;
- Knowledge of Microsoft client/server operating system and similar;
- Familiarity with Office 365 and Google Workspace platforms;
- Basic knowledge of networking (Switches, Routes, Access Points, LAN, WAN);
- Basic knowledge of Cybersecurity concepts, Sophos or Forinet Firewalls, VPN;
- Basic knowledge of operating system including Windows Serves;
- Basic understanding of Active Directory, user profilies, Group Policy, Domain Name Server, DHCP, File Server, and replication and security logics.
Soft Skills:
- Strong organizational and deadline management skills;
- Active listening skills;
- Good interpersonal skills and willing to support internal and external resources.
Additionaly, the following will be highly valued:
- Knowledge of the English language;
- Knowledge of the JAVA language.
