Junior Architectural Designer (BIM)

We are seeking a Junior BIM Designer to join our Architectural Department. In this role, you will support the technical development of projects through basic information modeling and the production of design drawings, collaborating within multidisciplinary teams.

You will contribute to the development of 3D BIM models, ensuring the accuracy of graphic content and the consistency of project sheets, as part of a professional growth path focused on Integrated Design and continuous innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of 3D BIM models for architectural design, adhering to the technical specifications and project standards defined by the team.
• Collaborate on the design of various building types, participating in the analysis and definition of spatial and material solutions under the supervision of senior professionals.
• Produce technical drawings and project sheets (construction, permitting, and detail drawings), ensuring graphic accuracy and alignment with the 3D model.
• Assist in updating technical documentation and the project portfolio, ensuring that data and work files are correctly archived.
• Learn and apply internal modeling workflows, demonstrating openness to innovative techniques to improve information management.

Experience & Requirements

• Education: Degree in Architecture or Engineering (open to recent graduates).
• Experience: No prior experience required; previous internship experience or a thesis focused on BIM will be considered a strong asset.
• Languages: Excellent command of Italian; a working or professional knowledge of English (written and spoken) is preferred.
• Software Skills: Foundational knowledge of Revit (BIM) acquired during studies or through training courses, along with proficiency in standard technical drawing tools (AutoCAD).
• Key Attributes: Precision, strong attention to detail, high motivation to learn, and a natural curiosity for technological innovation.

• Understanding of Information Modeling: Ability to work within existing models, progressively learning the logic behind integrating architectural design with other technical disciplines.
• Documentation & Drafting Skills: Aptitude for translating 3D models into 2D deliverables (floor plans, elevations, sections) ready for presentation or construction, while meeting established deadlines.
• Teamwork & Proactivity: Strong teamwork skills, working in synergy with team leaders, demonstrating commitment to assigned tasks, and a problem-solving mindset.
