MEP Design - Systems Department (Pisa and Milan)

What we ask

We are looking for MEP Engineers and Designers to join our team for our Pisa and Milan offices. The figures will be responsible for managing and developing systems design (mechanical and electrical), ensuring multidisciplinary integration within Integrated Design processes and BIM modeling.

Depending on the profile, the resource will ensure correct planning of activities, sizing of systems, and the production of information models, operating in a dynamic and proactive environment in line with company quality standards.

Open Positions and Responsibilities:

• MEP Project Lead (Pisa): Technical coordination of the project, management of the multidisciplinary workgroup, and supervision of the quality of models and technical documentation.
• Mechanical Systems Designer (Pisa): Technical development of thermo-technical and hydraulic systems (HVAC), execution of energy calculations, and specialized BIM modeling.
• Electrical and Mechanical Systems Designer (Milan): Integrated design of MEP systems for civil applications, drafting of technical reports, and modeling in a Revit environment.

Required Experience:

• Education: Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Energy Engineering or Diploma in Industrial Technical Studies (Perito Industriale).
• Experience: Previous experience or specific training in civil systems design.
• Software: Excellent knowledge of Revit MEP and AutoCAD; good proficiency with the main calculation applications (e.g., Progetto Integra, Edilclima, Dialux, Ampere).
• Excellent knowledge of the Italian language; good knowledge of the English language (written and spoken) is appreciated.
• Attitudes: Ability to work in a team, operational precision, and an aptitude for solving complex technical problems.

Technical-Professional Skills:

• Design and Calculation: Ability to size systems and draft specialized documentation in compliance with current regulations.
• BIM Modeling and Coordination: Mastery of BIM MEP workflows for the creation of integrated information models and the resolution of multidisciplinary interferences.
• Project Management: For the Lead profile, consolidated competence in workload planning, management of client relations, and quality control of the final deliverable.
