Project Manager - Acquisitions Department

What we ask

We are seeking a Project Manager for our Business Development Department to take responsibility for managing tenders and proposals. The successful candidate will coordinate internal workgroups, external consultants, and points of contact across various corporate teams.

In this role, you will ensure the accurate planning and preparation of technical proposals, guaranteeing strict adherence to deadlines. You will be responsible for managing the bidding team’s workload and continuously monitoring project progress, ensuring full alignment with the company’s high-quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage all tender phases, ensuring effective communication to the team regarding project procedures.
• Coordinate the workgroup’s activities, monitoring progress and optimizing operational flows through the definition of workflows and review processes.
• Manage relationships with clients in the case of private acquisition procedures, providing regular updates and support in resolving criticalities.
• Ensure compliance with timelines, budget, and project specifications, keeping management updated on activity progress.
• Control the quality of the technical offer documentation, including consistency with administrative aspects.

Required Experience:

• Education: Degree in Architecture, Engineering.
• Experience: At least 5-7 years of previous experience in the public tender office of an engineering/architecture company.
• Excellent knowledge of the Italian language; good knowledge of the English language (written and spoken) is appreciated.
• Software: Knowledge of Office suite and Adobe.
• Plus: In-depth knowledge of the Public Contracts Code (D.Lgs. 36/2023 and subsequent amendments) and ANAC guidelines.

Technical-Professional Skills:

• Ability to structure the methodological offer: Analyzing tender regulations, coordinating the workgroup, external consultants, and representatives of other teams for the drafting of technical offers.
• Consolidated experience in managing relationships with partners: Handling relationships with principals in the case of RTI (Temporary Groupings of Companies).
