Project Manager - Architectural Department

What we ask

We are looking for a Project Manager to be included in our Architecture and Engineering Department, who will be responsible for managing design contracts by coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring the achievement of quality, temporal, and economic objectives.

The figure will ensure correct planning of activities and the fluidity of workflows, acting as a reference point for the internal workgroup and as the main interface for clients, ensuring compliance with budgets and technical specifications in line with organizational standards.

Main Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage all project phases, defining timelines and ensuring clear and effective communication to the team regarding project procedures and objectives.
• Coordinate the activities of the multidisciplinary workgroup, monitoring the progress of activities and optimizing operational flows through the definition of workflows and review processes.
• Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and offering proactive support in resolving any critical issues.
• Ensure compliance with the budget and project specifications, constantly monitoring resources and keeping Management updated on the progress and performance of the contract.
• Control the quality of project deliverables and technical documentation, ensuring consistency with contractual requirements and administrative aspects.

Required Experience:

• Education: Degree in Architecture or Engineering.
• Experience: Consolidated experience in managing complex projects within engineering companies or architectural studios.
• Excellent knowledge of the Italian language; good knowledge of the English language (written and spoken) is appreciated.
• Software: Mastery of Project Management, monitoring, and planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel).
• Attitudes: Excellent communication skills, natural leadership, and a strong aptitude for solving complex problems.
• Plus: Experience gained in the field of public design, with particular reference to hospital building or large complex structures, constitutes a preferential qualification.

Technical-Professional Skills:

• Leadership and Team Management: Ability to lead heterogeneous and multidisciplinary teams, promoting collaboration and optimizing the workload of the resources involved.
• Project Control: Solid competence in cost and time monitoring techniques (Time & Cost Management), with the ability to prepare detailed reporting for Management.
• Integrated Vision: Ability to supervise the design process in its entirety, ensuring integration between architectural, structural, and system components in compliance with current regulations.
