Site Management Assistant
What we ask
We are looking for candidates to join our Site Management team in Milan. The professional will have the opportunity to follow the design process in its construction phases, enhancing skills in the BIM field, while also supporting the senior team members in activities related to construction sites in Milan and surrounding areas.
Main responsabilities:
- Development and management of 3D BIM models;
- Preparation of documents for urban planning permits;
- Management of work accounting and variations during construction;
- Site inspections;
- Coordination with other disciplines;
- Assistance to the Site Manager and Safety Coordination.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering/Architecture or a Diploma in Surveying;
- Excellent knowledge of BIM software (Revit);
- Specific training in safety regulations;
- At least one year of experience in similar roles within Site Management and design;
- Ability to diplomatically interact with other professionals;
- Teamwork skills and the ability to manage priorities.
