Technical Lead - Architectural Department

What we ask

We are seeking a Technical Lead for our Architectural Department, who will be responsible for coordinating project development and the group’s operational resources, ensuring technical excellence and multidisciplinary integration.

The candidate will ensure the accurate translation of analyses and studies into concrete design choices, supporting the project PM in monitoring workloads and supervising BIM modeling workflows, in line with corporate quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the activities of the workgroup, guiding resources in the analysis and study of architectural solutions, while optimizing operational workflows and internal review processes.
• Manage the technical development of the design, supporting the project PM in defining the workflow and ensuring compliance with design specifications and set objectives.
• Supervise the production of BIM models, ensuring data quality and integrity within the integrated design environment.
• Ensure consistency between architectural choices and other disciplines, constantly interfacing with consultants and other design teams.
• Provide specialized technical support in resolving design criticalities, monitoring project progress in compliance with project timelines.

Experience Required:

• Education: Degree in Architecture or Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of consolidated experience in integrated design, preferably within engineering firms or international practices.
• Languages: Excellent knowledge of Italian; good knowledge of English is appreciated (written and spoken).
• Software: Excellent knowledge of Revit (BIM) and the Office suite.
• Plus: Specific previous experience in the field of hospital design.

• Technical Coordination Skills: Proven ability to lead operational teams on complex projects, analyzing criticalities and defining effective design solutions.
• Mastery of BIM Processes: In-depth experience in managing information models and collaborating within integrated design processes.
• Overall Vision and Leadership: Ability to manage internal team relationships and interface with various project stakeholders, maintaining a constant focus on the quality of the final deliverable.
