What we ask
We are looking for a Technical Support Assistant for Site Supervision (Direzione Lavori) and Health and Safety Coordination (CSE), who will be responsible for managing the technical-administrative activities related to the execution phase of the works, supporting the lead professionals in document management, safety, and monitoring the progress of the works.
The figure will ensure the efficiency of the site supervision office and safety coordination, handling the preparation of specialized forms and the constant updating of information models, ensuring a fluid, digital information flow compliant with company quality standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the Site Supervision and CSE in drafting reports, service orders, and producing technical documents for Variations during construction.
- Draft safety documentation, including PSC (Safety and Coordination Plans) and related attachments (GANTT charts, safety costs, site layouts), Work Files, and Maintenance Plans.
- Support work accounting, actively collaborating in the drafting of SAL (Progress Payments) and the verification of quantities.
- Assist the CSE in site inspections, verifying the regularity of the executing companies both on-site and at the documentary level (POS and attachments, DURC, certifications).
- Manage digital monitoring, handling the digital Site Log (usBIM.gdl) and verifying the correspondence between the built and the project.
- Optimize activities through BIM, keeping the Revit model constantly updated and divided by execution phases to support the decisions of the Site Supervision and CSE.
- Coordinate the information flow with suppliers, collecting technical sheets and documentation necessary for the closure of works and testing.
Required Experience:
- Education: Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Diploma in Surveying (Geometra).
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in technical support for site management or technical offices.
- Excellent knowledge of the Italian language; good knowledge of the English language (written and spoken) is appreciated.
- Specialist Software: Mastery of Certus, Primus, Mantus, MS Project, and usBIM.gdl.
- Design Software: Excellent knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD.
- Regulatory Competencies: Knowledge of the Consolidated Law on Safety (D.Lgs. 81/08) and the Public Contracts Code procedures.
- Attitudes: Surgical precision in document management, strong organizational capacity, and a team-work attitude.
Technical-Professional Skills:
- Document Management and Advanced Safety: Ability to systematically produce and analyze all site documentation, ensuring data retrievability and compliance with current regulations.
- BIM Management for the Construction Site: Ability to use the information model as a control and monitoring tool, managing the evolution of the Revit model in parallel with the physical progress of the works.
- Accounting and Operational Control: Competence in translating site activities into clear administrative and accounting acts, acting as a technical filter between the responsible professionals, the client, and the executing companies.
