Tender Specialist

What we ask

We are seeking a Tender Specialist for our Pisa and Milan offices, who will be responsible for the technical management and development of proposals for Public and Private Tenders, as well as Integrated Contracts. The candidate will act as a strategic driver in maximizing technical scores, balancing technological innovation with economic sustainability.

In this role, you will ensure the preparation of competitive and multidisciplinary dossiers, focusing on the study of technical evaluation criteria and coordination with consultants and suppliers. You will operate within a dynamic environment oriented towards growth and design excellence.

Main Responsibilities:

• Analyze tender documentation (Notice, Regulations, PFTE, Executives), identifying technical-award criteria and defining the strategy to maximize the technical score.
• Develop improved solutions in the construction, technological, and site management fields, integrating management and economic innovations while respecting the project budget.
• Coordinate specialized consultants (internal and external) and strategic suppliers for the optimization of design solutions through cutting-edge products and technologies.
• Draft the technical offer dossier, producing methodological reports, graphic deliverables, 3D site layouts, and estimated bills of quantities.
• Elaborate advanced specialized analyses, such as LCA analysis, acoustic and energy simulations, work programs, and simulations using Artificial Intelligence tools.
• Guarantee document quality, ensuring consistency between technical proposals, administrative requirements, and expected performance specifications.

Required Experience:

• Education: Degree in Engineering or Architecture.
• Graphic and BIM Software: Mastery of the Adobe Suite, Revit, Enscape, and Lumion for the visual and technical presentation of solutions.
• Technical Software: Excellent use of Microsoft Project, Primus, and Excel.
• Excellent knowledge of the Italian language; good knowledge of the English language (written and spoken) is appreciated.
• Plus: Technical skills in systems/energy and knowledge of software such as Edilclima and Dialux will be evaluated positively.
• Attitudes: Strong capacity for critical analysis, result orientation, and an aptitude for multidisciplinary teamwork.

Technical-Professional Skills:

• Tender Strategy and Project Management: Ability to translate regulation requirements into winning operational methodologies, managing the complexity of delivery times and technical interdependencies.
• Modeling and Rendering for the Tender: Ability to produce high-impact graphic outputs and 3D models that clearly explain the proposed improvements, including site phasing and logistics.
• Multidisciplinary Integration: Ability to interface with specialists from different disciplines (MEP, Structures, Acoustics) to guarantee a consistent, technically solid offer aligned with the latest regulations (e.g., Public Contracts Code).
