Description
The North Tower, an integral part of “Parco delle Torri” complex in the heart of Pisa, represents a new destination for offices and professional activities on Via Italo Bargagna, an area experiencing rapid development.
The Tower stands out as the new Pisa’s Business Tower, offering modern and flexible real estate units ranging from 77 to 122 square meters. The spaces, designed to meet every professional need, are distinguished by their brightness and welcoming atmosphere, thanks to a design that prioritizes high-quality materials and a comfortable and serene working environment.
This structure is not only an example of contemporary architecture but also a model of environmental sustainability. Built with steel and designed to achieve LEED certification, the North Tower meets the most rigorous energy efficiency standards promoted by the Green Building Council.
The project aims to be a symbol of Pisa’s urban regeneration, strategically located between the storic center and the scientific-medical hub with the ambition to became a community landmark.
The top seven floors of the Tower will house the new headquarters of ATI Project, while the first trough sixth floor are design for rental officies spaces managed by ATI Invest.
The ground floor will feature elegant common areas, including a lounge, a bar, and a restaurant, providing a refined and welcoming environment for all visitors and tenants.
