Design awarded for New Public Administration Citadel in Turin

The Agenzia del Demanio (Italian State Property Agency) has formalized the awarding of the design services for the Public Administration (PA) Citadel within the Caserma Amione in Turin to the team formed by, ATI Project, ICIS (JV Leader), TRA, SMAPROGETTI, GAe Engineering, P’arcnouveau and archaeologist Carla Milanese.

This significant urban regeneration project aims to recover and enhance the area, transforming it from a closed space into an accessible and open hub with services for citizens and green spaces. The new buildings will be constructed using advanced technologies to ensure high energy performance, while the historic buildings will undergo specific interventions in compliance with current regulations. Particular attention will be given to the use of eco-friendly materials and the responsible management of resources.

The project will follow up on the concept and feasibility project developed by Iotti + Pavarani Architetti, F&M Divisione Impianti, and F&M Ingegneria, carried out following the award of the related design competition.
