Design for the Primary School and Civic Center “Rodari” completed
A requalification project of the Urban Park of Via XXV Aprile in Nichelino
The municipality of Nichelino, in the province of Turin, is preparing for the redevelopment of the Urban Park of Via XXV Aprile.
At the heart of this project there are the Primary School and the Civic Center “Rodari” destined to become vital hub for the social and cultural life of the neighborhood. These buildings not only will offer functional and welcoming spaces, but will also contribute to create a recreational environment accessible to all age groups in the community. So, in addiction to innovative solutions from an architectural point of view, one of the objective of the project is the awareness of the community on issues related to sustainability. For this reason, totem will be installed at the entrances of the two buildings, allowing visitors, students and school staff, to monitor and understand the data on energy savings achieved thanks to the new construction features.
The requalification of the Urban Park of Via XXV Aprile represents a significant step towards a greener and more inclusive future for the Municipality of Nichelino, demostrating the strong commitment for the well-being of the community and the protection of the environment.
