Project Manager

What we ask

We are looking for a Project Manager who, within our Architecture and Engineering Department, will be responsible for managing projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs and technical specifications, in line with the organization’s strategic objectives.

Main responsibilities:

• Plan and manage all phases of the project, ensuring effective communication to the team on the relative procedures;
• Coordinate the activities of the work group, monitoring their progress and optimizing the operational flows through the definition of the workflow and review processes;
• Manage client relations, providing regular updates and support in resolving critical issues;
• Ensure compliance with the timing, budget and project specifications, keeping management updated on the progress of the activities;
• Check the quality of the project documents and documentation, including administrative and contractual aspects.

Skills and requirements:

• Solid organizational, leadership and management skills of heterogeneous teams;
• Knowledge of project management techniques and main monitoring and planning tools;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, client orientation and teamwork;
• Aptitude for problem solving and effective management of project resources;
• Previous experience in the field of public design, particularly in the hospital sector or in the management of large complex structures, is an advantage.
