Description
The new School Campus in Via Scialoia is a key intervention for the renewal of the Milan educational heritage and for the urban redevelopment of the surrounding neighborhood.
The project involves the demolition and reconstruction of the existing facilities, transforming it into a new innovative pole. The new Campus will consist of a Kindergarten, Primary and Middle School and a Civic Center. It includes a gymnasium, a library, and an auditorium open to the community, and becomes a landmark for the redevelopment of the surrounding public areas.
The project, developed entirely in BIM, aims to achieve an innovative educational complex with high performance in terms of energy efficiency and environmental sustainability.
