Description
The new SDK Headquarters in Fellbach is first and foremost a design for urban sustainability. The building features green spaces on multiple levels, a solution that combines bioclimatic needs and social experience.
The design of the exteriors alternates green vegetation strips and tree-lined strips, giving back a comfortable and pleasant ambience for both staff members and citizens. Energy efficiency becomes one of the strongest traits of the project. Photovoltaic panels and geothermal probes make the building completely self-sufficient considering energy consumption needs. On the exterior, the aluminum shading elements characterize the facades, in a pattern of light and shade.
