Torre Nord, designed by ATI Project and developed by ATI Invest, has reached full occupancy. Pisa’s first Business Tower is now 100% leased and is set to become a dynamic, multidisciplinary ecosystem integrating hospitality, consulting, technology, healthcare, and design.
The Tower will host innovative local firms and professionals, including ATI Project itself, which will establish its new headquarters on the building’s top seven floors. On the ground floor, the Barhaus will serve as a new community meeting point, alongside a multifunctional area with a convention center designed for events, collaborative activities, and networking opportunities.
With this vision, the building aims to become a new urban landmark in the heart of the Cisanello district.
