North Tower: Pisa’s First Business Center Opens Its Doors

A regeneration project turns an unfinished shell into ATI Project’s new Headquarters and a cutting-edge hub for the city.

North Tower: Pisa’s First Business Center Opens Its Doors

The North Tower is officially open for business. What stood for years as a hollow shell on the Pisa skyline has been reborn as a premier business hub, breathing new life and identity into the Cisanello district and the city at large.

Led by ATI Project for ATI Invest, this urban regeneration project has transformed an abandoned structural skeleton into a state-of-the-art professional ecosystem spanning 14 floors. This is responsible architecture in action – going beyond mere land use to create genuine value. The tower was designed as an “extroverted” landmark, built to foster cross-disciplinary expertise and engage with the local community.

Beyond housing our new Headquarters – home to roughly 200 of ATI Project’s 350+ professionals – the building features a suite of shared spaces dedicated to networking, professional growth, and culture:

  • The Barhaus: A vibrant café area designed for informal networking.
  • The Convention Center: A fully equipped, multipurpose venue for local events and workshops.
  • The Panoramic Terrace: A rooftop space complementing the Convention Center, offering 360° views for exclusive events.

The opening of the North Tower, which will be officially inaugurated on May 26, 2026, marks the completion of a long-standing commitment to give back to the region – a mission we have pursued since our founding. We are incredibly proud that our new Headquarters grew from this specific site: a project restored and returned to the community.
