What we ask
We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor with experience of working on complex and large-scale projects, with the following characteristics:
- At least 5 years of experience in the development of BoQs
- Excellent knowledge of construction systems (both at an architectural, structural and plant engineering level), and of the applicable legislation
- Experience in budgeting at all stages of the project on complex and large projects
- Experience in analyzing potential project risks and proposing measures for their mitigation
- Preferable knowledge of Revit and ability of working in BIM
