Tender Management for the award of works for Depots of Staglieno and Gavette
Another important result for our Tender Management department.
AR.CO. Lavori – Cosedil S.p.a. – Gemmo S.p.a., with the support of ATI Project that took care of the development of the technical offer, have been awarded the contract for the construction of the Staglieno and Gavette Depots in Genoa, for a total amount of 67 million euros.
The works are part of a wider redevelopment project of local public transport, which involves the construction of a new system of force axis with sustainable means of transport.
The intervention on Staglieno depot involves a complete demolition and reconstruction of the existing structure. Above the new public transport depot and its workshop, three levels of multi-storey parking will be collocated, available for the community. In adherence to the main building, a new service building will be built.
The Gavette depot will instead be subject to redevelopment and rearrangement of the existing structures and exterior areas. The new depot will include a parking area, a multifunctional covering, a service building and an electric vehicle charging station.
