The project for the new Outpatient Building at Siena’s “Le Scotte” University Hospital has reached a major milestone with the approval of the Technical and Economic Feasibility Study (PFTE), in accordance with Art. 41 of Legislative Decree 36/2023 and subsequent amendments.
The project scope includes the healthcare facility itself, along with a reorganized road network, expanded parking, and a new medical gas plant.
The project’s primary goal is to improve outpatient functionality and efficiency by modernizing the facility and optimizing internal flows for both patients and staff. Additionally, the intervention will upgrade the surrounding urban area, enhancing road accessibility and parking capacity for the entire hospital campus.
