ATI Project has acquired the North Tower of Cisanello from Gruppo Bulgarella, an investment of over 20 million euros. The building, part of Parco delle Torri, will become the new Pisan headquarters of the studio, as well as a new residential and commercial centre.
The North Tower is made up of 14 levels, of which: a bar-restaurant on the ground floor, six floors of rental units available and seven executive levels which will host the new ATI Project headquarters. The building was designed and will be built with the utmost attention to reducing environmental impact, inclusiveness and internal comfort, pursuing the objectives of the LEED protocol and confirming the studio’s commitment towards a more sustainable future.
This intervention, together with the completion of the remaining part of Parco delle Torri by Gruppo Bulgarella, represents a significant contribution to the improvement of the urban fabric of Pisa. Thanks to this operation, it is expected to give new impetus to the entire Cisanello area, with positive repercussions for the local community and the real estate market.
